As a director of live theatre, Brendon is drawn to curious playwrights, articulate performances, and moments of transcendent empathy. He’s directed productions by classical dramatic giants like Euripides, William Shakespeare, and August Strindberg, as well as premiere plays by emerging playwrights. Brendon has also directed as a guest artist for The Institute for Jewish Christian Understanding, Muhlenberg College Department of Theatre & Dance, and Muhlenberg Summer Music Theatre.
Brendon relishes working with both novice and professional dramatists. He has served as dramaturg for plays in production by Michael B. Duffy, Alex Gherardi, Michael Jared Kite, Nikk Tetrault, Jonathan Phillips, Jeremy Russial, Eliana Sagarin, Zach Sherry, Jackson Toby, Claire Waggoner, and Lauren Waters.
